Its Tuesday, right?

Back On Track..

I did really well, walking the treadmill, and doing the upper back strengthening exercises, from physical therapy..  on Monday!

The few days, since then, after non-sleeping in a chair, next to a hospital bed, I’m feeling the treadmill is so much  easier!  I walked most of the 20 minutes at 2 mph, which is better than I’ve been able to do, before today, and there was no pain in my feet or legs, either! Win!

When I came inside, I had a hard time working the bands and doing the exercises, around the stuff that is waiting for someone to find it a home, in our house transformation..

Wall push-ups had my nose on this poster of the books in the bible.. right on that x.  I wish my eyes could see as well as the camera. :)

Girlie’s Progress:

Girlie is doing really well.  She is only taking Ibuprofen, for pain, and is up and about, often.  I won’t let her go group babysit, at the church, tonight, but she’d go, in a heartbeat.  I will allow her to go, with a friend, to see New Moon, tonight.  She is well enough, if she takes her time, and I’d get the Rotten-Mom-of-the-Year Award if I tried to stop this.  I’m really feeling confident in her abilities.  Most of the incisions look healed, already.  I’m amazed.  Thank you, Jeffrey LaFond, for a beautiful lap procedure, and keeping my baby safe. :)

In Other Newz:

Apparently, my family history file is wrong about a birth-date of a living relative.  It would have been easier to find this out before I sent her a birthday card. *grin*  She called my mom, all excited that I sent it.  (I had hunted her address down, on the internet.)  She told my mom that her birthday is in March.  Hopefully I’ll remember that. ;)

I ordered international stamps, from the online postal store, on the 10th.  They still aren’t here, yet.  I guess they aren’t made in the USA? ;)
