Laura, of Real Mom Kitchen, shared Pumpkin Cornbread! I must try this, sans canola oil. Umm.. what is a Canola? I'll use butter. (I'm always looking for recipes, with pumpkin, but I still can't get into the idea of chocolate, with it. Maybe I'm afraid that I'll like it!)

Have you seen Heather's GF Corn Bread and Andouille Dressing? It is good!! I'm thinking blue corn meal and chorizo sausage, white corn.. red/white/blue for July. With the extra egg! *wink*
Speaking of Andouille sausage, Joan, and her Shrimp and Gritness, has my attention. I haven't liked any grits, I've ever made. Grits is not up there on the Southern Cali menu.
